Our hands on training is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level.  We offer classes Monday - Saturday for all fitness levels.  We also offer specialized training for Football, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Soccer and Lacrosse.  Train with us today!


Adult Memberships:

  • Monday - Saturday $125 per month

  • 2 days a week only $60 per month

  • Drop-in $10 per class

Training Elements Include:

Body mechanics, strength training, conditioning and stabilization.  Workouts are geared toward development of speed and strength to train young athletes to improve their performance on and off the field.
