Fit 1 Velocity Flag Football League
Welcome to the Fit 1 Velocity Flag Football League.  Our League stresses the fundamental techniques needed to play football.  All of our instructors/officials are current high school and college football players.  They will teach skills which are vital to the athlete and will allow the athlete to reach their fullest potential.  Our coaches and staff will ensure that your players are provided with a high energy and fast-paced program that will be FUN and exciting.  We look forward to helping your football player develop a love for the game! 

Our 2nd Season Starts March 13th. Registration is open now. Register in person at our facility today!
